CULTIVATE THANKFULNESS

  One year ago today, I was kidnapped.  Yeah, you saw that right... KIDNAPPED.  The whole ordeal lasted for a few hours, some money had to be paid, and I had a few bruises here and there but...the testimony is that I'm here today! Rather than wonder why it had to happen at all, I choose be thankful. Oh, I'm so thankfulllll! Besides, prior to that incident, there had been many other robbery incidents where my life was at stake, but GOD! So this is me saying ABBA, KEEPER, SUSTAINER, THANK YOU! In our local parlance, PAPA YOU DO WELL!!!   Hiya!πŸ€— In one of my recent posts, I mentioned that we are in uncertain times. I believe that with each passing day, the times become even more uncertain and those who thought that they could easily predict the future based on previous trends, have seen that the times we're in are simply...different. In the midst of all this, it's very easy to get overwhelmed, frustrated, and possibly slip into depression because of the many thoughts of worry, fear and anxiety. But thank God for Jesus, our peace in every storm! We are sure that we will come out on the other side victorious and strong, because of Jesus. Our hope for a brighter and better future is found in Him, and He is our most important need and all-in-one solution in these uncertain times. This really isn't the time to be on the fence.
